Hypersentivity Pneumonitis

For a long time, I had a mysterious cough and became short of breath on exertion.
So, at some point I went to the lung specialist several times to no avail.

So of course I did my own research again, and because I still needed to be diagnosed with ICF syndrome, but had so far failed due to a lack of will, a lack of ability and probably especially due to a lack of permission for a Kassler subhuman, I took the IgG deficits resulting from this syndrome as an opportunity to once again make a suspected diagnosis, which turned out to be correct, here in the field of pneumology, as in other specialist areas.

The pulmonologist immediately agreed to a diagnosis in this regard, which really surprised me, so he must not be a dottore, but a real doctor.
In specialist circles, it is considered detective work to find out the cause of this lung-destroying disease, i.e. the right allergen out of many possible allergens.
To do this, I was given the task of finding bird proteins, which was an immediate hit (Fig. 2).

In 2019, even before the SARS-CoV2 pandemic, I was diagnosed with exogenous allergic alveolitis (EAA) in the laboratory and clinically via bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL), a disease that is otherwise better known internationally as hypersensitive pneumonitis.

As the first and only real treatment option in the earlier stages of the disease is allergen avoidance, I bought four of these WINIX Zero Pro air purifiers.
In picture 1 you can see me with another WINIX air purifier, which I bought immediately at the end of 2019 and which is no longer available for the European market, I got a free replacement.

I also show here how efficient air purifiers are with my own air quality measurement (Fig. 3) using the SEN55 particle and gas sensor from Sensirion.
Only the particle concentrations of the various particle sizes are of interest here.

The measurements of the analysed curves began with the room being aired for fifteen minutes.

The window was then closed and the air purifier was switched on in automatic mode.
A drastic reduction in particle concentrations was achieved in just ten minutes.

Just a few days after the air purifier was switched on, the persistent cough had disappeared, and subsequent check-ups revealed a drop in the specific IgG values and the lung opacities were no longer detectable …
